Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a well-known Indian actress, known for the roles she played in Hum Aapke Hai Koun. The actress began her career as an actress in the 1980s. The actress became popular for the film Tezaab starring an established actor Anil Kooor. Then, she starred alongside Aamir on Dil. As a child her Mumbai-born dancer started learning at an early stage. As a teen, she tried her hand at acting, but the majority films she attempted to make did not succeed. Then, she discovered success in Indian film and climbed to the very top. The actress took a hiatus from her profession due to her marriage, before going back to the industry of entertainment. She was recently a key player in Gulaab Gang about Indian women. Dixit received 8 Filmfare Awards out of the fifteen she was nominated for. The actress was also honoured with her Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honour in India. She is also acknowledged for her work in the field of charity.
